Job Description

Lead the architecture, design, and deveopment of arge-scae, distributed, coud-native appications, services, and soutions, prioritizing high avaiabiity, scaabiity, robustness, faut toerance, and observabiity. Champion modern software engineering practices by conducting code and design reviews and fostering a DevOps-driven cuture. Assess and recommend aternative architectures and technoogies that aign with business needs and service performance KPIs. Coaborate within an agie team to accuratey estimate and deiver compex features on time. Engage in customer meetings and provide technica support to the team, heping resove technica issues. Work cosey with engineering eaders, product managers, and designers to ensure seamess aignment between software deveopment and user expectations. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Strong expertise in data structures, agorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming. Proficient in Java, Python, and JavaScript; famiiarity with C/C++ or Go is a pus. Hands-on experience in designing and deveoping RESTfu services using microservices architecture patterns. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, and FE ibraries and frameworks (preferaby React), deveopment toos ike Babe, Webpack, NPM. Extensive experience in containerized appication deveopment using Docker, aong with orchestration patforms ike Kubernetes or OpenShift. In-depth knowedge of CI/CD pipeines, buid automation, and infrastructure toos such as Jenkins, Grade, Ansibe, Terraform, etc. Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL) OS, incuding security practices and troubeshooting. Practica experience with data management, integration, system integration, distributed databases, and messaging patforms. Preferred technica and professiona experience Bacheor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a reated Engineering fied. Expertise in microservices architecture, design patterns, and API deveopment. Experience with both reationa and NoSQL databases, aong with messaging brokers ike RabbitMQ or Kafka. Strong understanding of data representation, seriaization, data exchange, and modeing anguages, incuding XML, XML Schema, XSLT, and JSON. Famiiarity with coud patforms such as IBM Coud, AWS, or Azure. A coaborative team payer with exceent probem-soving skis and a growth-focused mindset. Proven abiity to provide technica eadership, drive resuts, and effectivey mentor deveopment teams.
