ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CSM modules
• Configure workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Participate in upgrade activities, performance tuning, and platform enhancements
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure code quality
  

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong implementation experience in

  ITSM

  ,

  ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)

  , and

  CSM

  modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integration frameworks and third-party tool integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and collaboration skills
  

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer(CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM / ITOM / CSM
