Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a full-time opportunity with a leading BigTech IT Services company, a valued client of GSN HR. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4.5 years of experience to join our team and manage one of our key banking clients. You should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD and/or ITSM modules. You must have demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or ITSM. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide scripting, and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular is required. Experience in working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API is essential. Experience in Service Portal will be a huge plus. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary. You should be able to debug issues, implement proactive monitoring strategies for platform stability, and hold certification in SNOW (ServiceNow) which will be advantageous. Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with a creative approach to problem-solving. - Develop secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and ensure design constraints are met. - Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, analyze and synthesize data sets for continuous improvement of software applications. - Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding and system architecture. - Contribute to software engineering communities, explore new technologies, and find solutions to complex problems with analytical and problem-solving skills.
