Senior Service Advisor

Service Advisor is the most important interface at workshop between customer and dealership. In this role he/she has to understand customer’s need for vehicle attention as per his verbatim and translate that into a note on the repair order in a manner which communicates the right customer feedback to the shop floor for perfect diagnosis and repairs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome customers.

• Open repair order, refer vehicle history.

• Provide cost and time estimate, verify for campaigns.

• Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule if any

• Coordination with floor & quality controller.

• Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation.

• Help customer to make payments for services.

• Clean car check verification.

• Help in vehicle pick up when customer comes to take delivery

• Ensure 100% Next Day Call (NDC) to customers.

• CCCF closure.

• Customer F2F.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
