We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of credit cards and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred.
