Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the credit card sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on credit cards. Strong knowledge of credit card products and services, including features and benefits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd or similar institutions is an advantage.
