Senior Sales Executive

At Rednirus Digital Marketing, the Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in generating business by promoting our digital marketing and pharma franchise solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and closing deals. The executive also collaborates with internal teams, maintains CRM records, and provides strategic input to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Sales Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Lead Generation & Conversion – Identify new prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into customers. Market Research – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Product Knowledge – Maintain deep understanding of product offerings to effectively pitch and upsell. Sales Reporting – Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Team Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, support, and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Negotiation & Closing – Lead high-value negotiations and successfully close deals. CRM Management – Maintain updated records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Training & Mentoring – Support onboarding and skill development of junior sales staff when needed.
