Role & responsibilities


  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, networking, and industry platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers to showcase company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and financial data.
  • Ensure sufficient product availability for demonstrations and client visits.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, while handling objections and customer concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the product and support teams.

*Knowledge of Analytical Instruments or Lab Equipment like Gas Generators, Lab Water Systems will be an added advantage
