We prioritize safety, quality, and sustainability in all our projects. Role Overview: We are looking for a Junior Safety Officer with 1-2 years of experience in construction safety management. The candidate will assist in implementing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in enforcing safety policies and procedures at construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies . Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers and site staff. Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses , recommending corrective actions. Maintain and update safety documentation and reports . Requirements: ✅ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field. ✅ 3-5 years of experience in construction site safety. ✅ Knowledge of OSHA, IS codes, and construction safety regulations . ✅ Strong observational and reporting skills. ✅ Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
