Job Title: Senior Recruiter RPO Model Location: Onsite Chennai Experience Required: 3–7 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our client. You will act as a strategic hiring partner, responsible for sourcing top talent, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience within the client environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-volume or niche hiring, working closely with client SPOCs, and delivering within SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requisition intake to offer closure – for assigned client accounts. Engage directly with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and hiring priorities. Source talent through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements and client expectations. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback collection and smooth communication. Manage candidate pipeline and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with client processes, SLAs, and documentation standards. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to maintain candidate records and reporting. Monitor key recruitment metrics and share weekly/monthly reports with internal and client teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or client-dedicated model. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job boards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment metrics, ATS systems, and Excel-based reporting. Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and documentation practices. Previous experience working on-site or embedded within a client environment.
