The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in technical recruiting, be well-versed in sourcing strategies, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. Roles and Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, objectives, and organizational culture. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing guidance and insights on recruitment strategies. • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. • Conduct proactive and creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specified requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills: • Average graduation score of 60% or above. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent selling skills to effectively market job opportunities to candidates. • A passion for recruitment with a demonstrated flair for identifying top talent. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. • Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluating candidates.
