·Responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per production requirements.
Supplier Management:
·Evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining effective vendor relationships.
Cost Optimization:
·Analyzing purchase trends and data to support strategic and cost-effective buying decisions.
Inventory Management:
·Implementing and monitoring efficient inventory systems to ensure operational continuity and avoid material shortages.
Quality Assurance:
·Ensuring all procured materials meet the required quality and technical standards.
Preferred Additional Experience:
·Working knowledge of maintenance department activities.
·Experience in preparing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) with service agencies.
