We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who knows what it takes to scale a consumer app beyond the early adopters. Someone who understands user growth, acquisition funnels, engagement loops, and retention levers and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with data, experimentation, and product strategy.

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who’s helped scale a B2C app before (think millions of users).
• You know your way around growth funnels, churn, retention cohorts, and how to actually move those numbers.
• You can spot user problems, translate them into clear product solutions, and rally a team to build them.
• You love data but also trust your instincts when it comes to product decisions.
• You’re comfortable collaborating with different teams, designers, engineers, analysts, and marketing to build and launch new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.); MBA or PGDM from a Tier I institute is preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in product management or closely related roles, ideally within agile teams
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of technology, with the curiosity and willingness to dive deeper and learn what you don’t already know
