About the Role : We are seeking for dynamic and results-driven Business Product Manager with a strong understanding of AI to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for creating AI-powered Products & process ecosystem. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, design, business team, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven products that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth. We are focusing on someone who has the experience into the Underwritting, Customer Profiling, Customer Segmentations, Credit Score Card Model. The person should have the expertise into the Business side. Preferred candidates are who is working in NBFC and having the experience into the Housing Finance Industry (HFC). Preferred Additional Qualifications : - Experience with AI/ML tools or technologies - Experience in building customer interactions platform - Experience with A/B testing, and user analytics , especially related to AI-powered features - Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI development - Candidate should be more into Implement or nor Developer.
