Currently 1000 strong, we are hiring across all functions.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production with hands-on experience in shooting, editing and delivering high-quality, engaging content specifically designed for digital platforms with a strong emphasis on YouTube. They should be well-versed in all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and demonstrate the ability to create visually appealing and narrative-driven videos. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, is required. A keen sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement is essential to craft content that resonates and retains viewers. The candidate must also possess a solid understanding of YouTube trends, SEO strategies, and best practices for titles, thumbnails, and video optimisation. Experience with camera operations, lighting setups, sound recording, and colour grading is important. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effective collaboration within a creative team are vital. Additionally, familiarity with AI tools for video editing and content enhancement will be considered a valuable asset, helping streamline workflows and push creative boundaries.
