Job Summary: The Business Presentation Specialist is responsible for designing and formatting high-impact marketing materials, including business presentations, proposals, templates, and marketing assets. This role requires collaborating with the CTG/Cegeka Global Marketing Teams across Americas and Europe to shape how our brand communicates visually with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Essential Functions of the Job: Design internal and client-facing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, ensuring clarity, visual impact and brand consistency Create visual storytelling elements that make complex IT services and solutions easy to understand Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to develop visually engaging materials that support global marketing communications and campaign initiatives Design marketing assets studies, whitepapers, brochures, website visuals, and social media graphics, tailored for B2B technology decision-makers and enterprise clients Optimize marketing materials for print, digital, and live presentation formats, ensuring a professional aesthetic and adhering to our corporate guidelines Provide occasional support for video assets creation on an on-demand basis Stay updated on IT industry trends, design best practices, and innovative ways to present content effectively Execute tasks assigned by team and management in a timely manner Develop and manage strong relationships with our digital and print suppliers ensuring that deliverables meet the exact requirements specified Qualifications & Skill-sets: 4+ years of experience in Presentation Design, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong formatting and design skills; portfolio examples strongly preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential. Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus. Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs Good communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Detail oriented, positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Strong work ethic, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to work both independently and within a team Requirements: Fluent in English Experience working with B2B technology businesses strongly preferred US and European business market experience a strong plus A portfolio (PDF, website, or Behance) showcasing your design work PowerPoint
