The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing technical support, managing cloud services, and ensuring the health and security of enterprise networks. Key Responsibilities Provide Help Desk support and technical troubleshooting for end-users. Manage and administer Microsoft 365 , including user account setup, license management, and issue resolution. Oversee Microsoft Azure services such as virtual machines, storage, and networking. Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and implementing security policies. Handle daily network administration tasksmaintaining infrastructure, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring network security. Collaborate effectively with the US-based team to ensure seamless service delivery and technical operations. Work proactively to identify issues and enhance overall system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure administration and services. Experience managing devices and policies through Microsoft Intune . In-depth knowledge of network protocols , routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication skillsverbal and written. Ability to work independently and in coordination with remote teams. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-100, or similar). Experience supporting users in global time zones.
