Role: IBS Planning and Designing Experience: 5 years and above Location: Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore Job Description: IBS design using iBwave tool: - Prepare prediction models in iBwave. - Calculate link budget, SC6. - DAS test plan for proposed IBS. Understanding walk test measurement and existing network performance to determine IBS requirement and suggest possible solutions. Able to Design and configure, commissioning and Optimization of active DAS solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing network infrastructure. Conduct Acceptance testing and validation of active DAS installations. Develop and implement strategies, maintaining detailed documentation for capacity planning and load balancing in active DAS systems. Able to Conduct/review Site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed In-building solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the Design and Implementation process. Optimize existing IBS for better user experience. Analysis of customer complaints and solving the issue proactively. Experience in various RF testing like CW testing, PIM testing, external interference analysis, etc. To support New Site Build (NSB) rollout related actives Telecom knowledge of UMTS/LTE/5G. RF Planning & IBS planning experience, iBwave tool, MapInfo, Others GIS tool, Link budget etc Stakeholders management. Thanks & Regards, Md Shahid, TCS
