Description We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and development, with proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of engineering principles. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, conducting feasibility studies, and mentoring junior engineers. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new mechanical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and models. Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs against performance requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during the manufacturing and testing phases. Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in technical aspects. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and development. Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with various departments.
