You will play a key role in innovating and enhancing our product offerings. Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects. Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews for mechanical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns. Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and models. Perform simulations and analyses to validate design performance and functionality. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring compliance with budget constraints. Participate in the testing and validation of prototypes and production models. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 12-20 years of experience in mechanical design and development. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices. Experience with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) for performance analysis. Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
