The position of Senior Manager / Manager- Corporate Sales & or B2B Sales at Cordelia Cruises in Ahmedabad requires a candidate with 6 to 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years in corporate sales or B2B sales. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing sales strategies to boost cabin sales and meet revenue targets. Your role involves engaging with corporate clients across various industries to position Cordelia Cruises as a top-notch business and leisure choice. Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders is crucial for this role. In this position, you will be expected to proactively seek new business opportunities to expand corporate partnerships and market reach. You will need to effectively present and communicate the unique value proposition of Cordelia Cruises to clients, emphasizing corporate experiences, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure travel. Ensuring high standards of client service and addressing corporate client needs promptly are essential aspects of this role. Representing Cordelia Cruises at corporate events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and develop strategic business relationships is also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations and customer service is required to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients. Maintaining accurate sales data, forecasts, and client relationship records is necessary, and leveraging analytics to track performance and optimize sales strategies is key. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven corporate sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry, preferably in high-end hotels, airlines, or luxury travel brands. Strong abilities in building and maintaining direct relationships with corporate clients, excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with a strategic mindset focused on revenue growth and business expansion are desired. Knowledge of corporate travel trends, sales analytics, and market insights will be beneficial in this role. A Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience of at least 6 years in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales, particularly in the 5 Star Hotel or travel industry or Luxury apartments, properties etc., is required. Experience in the Corporate/ B2B sector with a focus on domestic priority sales is highly desirable.
