Senior Manager - Client Servicing

Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop and deliver creative strategies and insights tailored to client needs
• Own end-to-end project deliverables – from concept through to final delivery, aligned with timelines set by the supervisor
• Serve as the brand’s subject matter expert
• Assist in the development and execution of annual client strategies.
• Negotiate, document, and secure all contractual agreements and necessary client approvals
• Manage financial aspects of the account, ensuring budgets are aligned and tracked
• Stay updated on digital platforms and complete all relevant certifications
• Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions, budget reviews, and strategic vision creation
• Understand and apply principles of search, social media, digital marketing, and performance-driven strategies
• Present effectively, build strong rapport with clients, and manage internal relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet marketing objectives
• Prior experience with agency, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle clients is preferred.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in digital advertising
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
