Sapiens India is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive execution, manage business operations across all locations, and support M&A activities while working directly with the Centre Head of Sapiens India. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:- Pan-India Operations Leadership: Lead business operations across Sapiens Indias multiple locations, ensuring process alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency at scale. Executive Reporting: Serve as a key strategic partner to the Centre Head of Sapiens India, supporting executive decision-making and leading operational reviews. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and implement business strategies aligned with global and regional priorities. Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Take an active role in M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, and operational alignment with global teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with department heads and functional leaders to streamline operations, monitor KPIs, and remove execution roadblocks. Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports that inform leadership and influence decisions. Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, ensuring quality, alignment, and measurable impact. Organizational Change Management: Enable effective change through clear communication, structured rollout of initiatives, and stakeholder alignment. What to Have for this position: Must have Skills: - 10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in business operations, strategic planning, or program management, with a strong background in managing enterprise-level initiatives. Proven success in managing operations at a business unit/function/ site level within a global or fast-scaling organization. Experience in M&A support (PMO, integration, business continuity planning) is highly desirable. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, data analysis, and presentation skills with a sharp strategic mindset. Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines. Educational Requirement: MBA from a top-tier B-school
