• Support in Compliance, CMDB, Audit, Disaster recovery, Security and toxic assets management


• Good skills in Service now tool


• De-escalation and conflict solving skills


• Great Communication Skills to customer from different countries


• Structured working habits


• Coordination skills to lead different teams while incidents searching and solving root causes


• Understanding, following and improving Processes


• Basic technical know how about Cloud Infrastructure in general


• Basic technical know how about Websites, WebApplications, Content Management system, Certificate Handling, CDN, WAF


• Project management or ITIL certifications ( good to have)


• Nice to have - AEM knowledge

Requirements

• 15+ years overall experience in IT industry


• Good to have some experience in Insurance industry


• Project Management experience (MBA from elite institutes preferred)


• Good to have PMP certification
