Senior Lecturer - Civics

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Faculty in Civics to join our Kokapet branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civics/Political Science and at least 5 years of teaching experience at the junior college level. This role requires effective lesson planning, engaging classroom delivery, and a commitment to student academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs in Civics for junior college students.
• Deliver engaging and informative lectures as per the academic syllabus on a daily basis.
• Present and reinforce core Civics concepts in a clear, structured, and student-friendly manner.
• Provide comprehensive explanations and answers to advanced-level queries in Civics.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Align teaching methods and objectives with institutional standards and examination goals.
• Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, test scores, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (MA) in Civics or Political Science from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Civics at the junior college level.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
