Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in corporate salary acquisition, with a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and corporate sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and develop key accounts for corporate clients, focusing on liabilities and branch banking services.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
Develop and implement tailored solutions for corporate clients, leveraging expertise in corporate salary acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in corporate salary acquisition, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of liabilities, branch banking, and corporate sales principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Experience working with senior management teams and contributing to business growth initiatives.
