Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team in Vizag. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business growth, engage with clients, and provide strategic direction to junior team members. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and product pitches to showcase IT solutions. Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions. Handle negotiations, draft proposals, and finalize contracts. Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, providing excellent customer service. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new market developments. Provide insights for improving products and strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of IT solutions. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies for client acquisition. Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior Business Development Executives. Provide guidance on sales techniques, client handling, and best practices. Monitor the performance of junior team members, set targets, and review progress.
