Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager who is proactive, excellent relationship builder and partners with organization leaders to select the best talent. This individual will lead the recruiting function within the organization and be innovative in their approach used to recruit and select top talent. The Recruiting Manager provides leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive global recruiting strategy. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting for all open positions at all levels. Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, site leadership, employees, and external resources Develop candidate pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. job boards, social media, professional referrals, creative advertising, etc.) Create and monitor job postings Provide advice on hiring procedures, staffing priorities, recruitment strategies and salary guidelines. Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding for experienced and entry level hires. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with staffing agencies that are the most beneficial to the organization Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and other HR techniques in order to maintain high professional practices. Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Required Skills: 8-15 years of US Staffing experience. Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment The Manager will be responsible for generating business and clients for IT/Non IT Staff Augmentation, Services and outsourcing. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, and commutation skills - both verbal and written. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems
