Job Description

Description

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering and experience in supervising a team of technicians to ensure that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently.

Work:

Plant & machinery maintenance (Grader, Excavator, Loader, Tipper, Boomer, Shotcrete, etc.)

Handle fitting, welding, breakdown, daily reporting, tools/material tracking, site safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair operations in the facility.
Lead a team of technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to improve efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any mechanical issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in mechanical supervision or a related role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
