The Senior HR Executive plays a strategic and operational role in ensuring the organization's HR policies, processes, and initiatives are aligned with business goals. This position involves leading recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR team development while partnering with leadership for workforce planning and organizational growth. Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, the Senior HR Executive contributes to workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. They oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection for key roles and ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding process for new hires. Handling conflicts, grievances, and maintaining a positive workplace culture are key responsibilities in employee relations and engagement. The Senior HR Executive conducts employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans. They also implement appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and feedback mechanisms to coach managers and employees on performance-related matters. Policy and compliance play a crucial role in this role where ensuring adherence to local labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The Senior HR Executive maintains and updates HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure a compliant work environment. Identifying training needs, designing L&D programs, and tracking effectiveness are part of learning and development responsibilities. The Senior HR Executive drives leadership development and cross-functional upskilling to enhance the capabilities of the workforce. Analyzing HR data to provide insights on turnover, hiring metrics, and other key indicators is vital for informed decision-making. Supervising junior HR staff and supporting their professional development are also part of the responsibilities to ensure an efficient HR team. This role is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and performance bonuses.
