Key Responsibilities:

3. Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and develop strategic plans to ensure adequate staffing and skill mix.

Recruitment and Selection:

1. Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Selection: Design and implement fair and effective selection processes to ensure the best candidate is selected.

3. Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated.

Employee Relations:

1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

2. Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support on conflict resolution and employee relations issues.

3. Disciplinary Actions: Develop and implement fair and consistent disciplinary actions.
