Job Description
Strong expertise in Last Mile Operations with hands-on experience managing deliveries.
Prior experience in Dark Store Operations is highly preferred.
Must have worked as a Shift In-Charge or Hub Manager in the last assignment.
Good geographical knowledge of the specified areas is a must.
Ability to handle teams efficiently and achieve SLA targets in a high-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in Last Mile Logistics, Delivery, or Dark Store setups.
Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
Local area expertise is mandatory.
