SENIOR HOLIDAY CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design and curate personalized vacation packages tailored to each client's unique desires.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Negotiate rates and secure bookings with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tours) to ensure the best possible value for clients.
• Manage all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to clients throughout the booking process and their trip.
• Handle any client concerns or issues that may arise during the travel experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
• Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and memorable travel experiences.
• Generate new leads and contribute to the growth of the company's sales.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant or a related travel industry role.
• Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular tourist spots, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path locations.
• Strong understanding of different travel styles (luxury, adventure, budget-friendly, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and secure the best deals.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and industry-specific tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
