Senior Graphic Designer

At Growpix, we're looking for a passionate and creative graphic designer to join our team and elevate our visual content across Instagram. Your primary responsibility will be crafting premium, catchy reel covers that enhance click-through rates and grab attention on the feed. You should be able to understand and adapt to various brand tones, and use smart visual frames, and split-screen teasers to make the covers stand out.

Beyond that, you'll also design Instagram carousel posts (5–10 slides) that tell stories, educate audiences, or showcase products and services. These should maintain a clean, premium aesthetic while focusing on engagement and readability. You’ll be responsible for creating aesthetic story creatives and templates that align with ongoing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across visuals.

Each week, you’ll also contribute to a variety of design tasks such as posters for new launches, sale announcements, customer reviews, quote cards, testimonials, and festival creatives. Occasionally, light brand kit adaptations—like color, font, or icon tweaks—may also be required.

We’re seeking someone with a strong grasp of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.

You should be who can create social-first, high-quality content, stays updated with Instagram trends, and brings a proactive, communicative, and learning-driven attitude to the team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
