Job Summary: Noisy Studios is hiring a sharp, creative, and brand-savvy Graphic Designer & Branding Specialist to take our visual content to the next level. If you're passionate about design, obsessed with aesthetics, and understand how to turn ideas into eye-catching visuals for social media and brand communication — we want you on our team. You'll be responsible for creating standout content for our clients and in-house brands, including Instagram creatives, branding collaterals, pitch decks, packaging, and more . This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll get to work on diverse design styles, build brand identities, and grow with a fast-paced creative agency. Key Responsibilities : Social Media Design Create high-quality static posts, carousels, story templates, reels covers , etc. for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Work closely with the content and strategy teams to design visuals that align with brand tonality and campaign goals. Translate briefs into scroll-stopping creatives that drive engagement. Branding & Identity Design Assist in logo design, brand kits, moodboards, typography, and color palettes . Create pitch decks, brochures, packaging mockups, event branding , etc. Ensure visual consistency across all brand communication. Creative Execution Work on multiple brand aesthetics — from minimal to bold and quirky. Manage and organize design assets for ongoing and future campaigns. Handle revisions and feedback in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and branding work . Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (Figma is a plus). Ability to interpret briefs, understand brand guidelines, and deliver original work. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, spacing, and layouts. Basic motion design or video editing skills are a bonus (for reels/stories). Fast learner, team player, and able to manage time across multiple projects. If you’re someone who understands how branding and storytelling convert into sales, knows how to create scroll-stopping content, and can run smart Meta ad campaigns — this is your chance to shine. This role involves strategising, creating, and executing content across social platforms, while also driving paid performance through Meta Ads. You’ll be working across in-house brands and client accounts, building digital presence, communities, and performance funnels that actually deliver results. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Branding Design and execute high-quality content: reels, carousels, stories, and graphics . Craft strong brand narratives that reflect the brand’s tone and visual identity. Develop content calendars monthly and manage consistent content flow. Work on ad creatives , storytelling-based videos, and trend-inspired posts. Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite , etc. Social Media Strategy & Community Management Build and implement social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Stay on top of trends, formats, and algorithms to boost visibility organically. Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and manage community growth. Align with design, marketing, and business teams for campaign rollouts. Performance Marketing – Meta Ads Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions. Manage audiences, placements, budgets, and creative testing . Deliver strong ROAS by monitoring and tweaking campaigns proactively. Prepare ad reports , optimise funnels, and suggest creative performance tweaks. Analytics & Reporting Use Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights , and other tools for reporting. Analyze content and ad performance to identify what's working. Share monthly performance insights and action plans with internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation . Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager – audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign structures. Eye for design, aesthetic consistency, and brand voice. Experience with content editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite. Strong communication and copywriting skills (in English). Self-starter who can ideate, execute, and measure with minimal supervision. Bonus if you have: Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or startup brands.
