Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs across digital and print media. You will lead design projects, manage junior designers, and work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and effective brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality design concepts for digital and print platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding
• Oversee and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction
• Create visuals for websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new design techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in branding and identity design
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles
• Understanding of print production processes
