We're seeking a talented Senior Designer with 2-3 years of experience to create visually stunning campaigns and manage client projects.

Halfbutfull specialises in collaborating with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) companies. Our innovative strategies and compelling designs have helped numerous brands break through the clutter and connect with their target audiences in meaningful ways.

Position: Senior Designer

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (this is not a remote job)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and design impactful visual assets for a variety of D2C campaigns.
• Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives.
• Develop innovative design solutions for digital and print mediums, including social media content, web graphics, meta ads, and more.
• Translate creative briefs into stunning visual concepts that tell a compelling story and drive engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the agency's work remains cutting-edge and effective.
• Communicate with clients and manage projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting that works with D2C brands.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, premiere pro, etc.).
• A robust portfolio showcasing your design expertise, creative thinking, and ability to work across various mediums.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to adapt designs to suit different brand aesthetics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
