Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will be joining our tech team as a Sr. Full Stack Engineer working on our advanced internal CRM platform called PULSE. The platform is built using React, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL & MongoDB. Your role will involve scaling and transforming PULSE into an AI-powered platform. Located onsite in Kharadi, Pune, you will be working in the EST shift from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Remote work is not available for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for full stack development using React and Node.js, building and maintaining REST APIs, enhancing our Chrome Extension, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship new features quickly. You will also have the opportunity to work on AI integrations to make PULSE smarter with tools like LLMs, automation, and analytics. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in full stack development, strong proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, experience with MongoDB or MySQL, hands-on experience with REST API development, and familiarity with building or maintaining Chrome Extensions. Bonus points if you have experience with Twilio or telephony APIs and are passionate about applying AI/ML tools to real-world business problems.
