About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take end-to-end ownership of critical application features. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a global team on international projects, contributing to impactful solutions across diverse markets. You'll be working across the full stack crafting scalable backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript, building responsive interfaces with React, managing complex datasets in SQL and NoSQL environments, and deploying services on the Azure cloud. This is a hands-on full stack engineering role with leadership potential, where you'll influence architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript

• Build high-performance, responsive web applications using React and its ecosystem

• Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker within the Azure cloud environment

• Leverage Azure Web Apps, Application Insights, and other Azure services to monitor, deploy, and optimize applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Participate in and lead code reviews, architecture planning, and CI/CD implementation

• Mentor junior team members and advocate for engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 3.5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development using Node.js

• Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)

• Proven experience building modern web applications using React

• Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems

• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs

• Hands-on experience with Docker and deploying containerized applications

• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services such as Azure Web Apps, Functions, Application Insights, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation\

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools such as GitHub Copilot

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments with fast-paced delivery cycles

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
