Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building the core web application that powers SCC Online's AI-powered legal search. Your role will involve designing backend systems for user management, subscriptions, and analytics, integrating with external APIs, and collaborating with the frontend engineer to enhance the search experience. You will play a crucial role in setting up DevOps and CI/CD processes on Azure to ensure reliable and scalable deployments of the application. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining backend services for user authentication, subscriptions, access control, and usage analytics. - Integrating with machine learning APIs for search functionality and managing the database schema. - Collaborating with the frontend engineer to implement core application pages, search result UIs, and user dashboards. - Managing the codebase on GitHub/Azure DevOps, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and deploying backend services using Azure services. - Working closely with ML engineers and frontend developers to align data, APIs, and feature rollouts, ensuring a seamless user experience. You should have: - 5+ years of full-stack development experience with MERN stack and proven ability to build applications from scratch. - Experience with Azure cloud services, REST API design, and secure authentication flows. - Strong fundamentals in performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability. - Ability to collaborate across disciplines and strong communication skills. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB. - An on-site position in Lucknow, India. Nice to have skills include experience with document-centric platforms, familiarity with search UIs and analytics dashboards, and knowledge of legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or AI-integrated applications.
