Fashion Consultant(Mumbai) If you have a flair for styling and love helping people look and feel their best, this one’s for you. Experience: 1–2 years in fashion/jewelry retail What you’ll need: Great communication, strong personal style, and a love for people. Senior Fashion Consultant (Mumbai) Take it a step further — work closely with clients, guide newer team members, and help bring the store energy alive every day. Experience: 2–4 years in luxury retail What you’ll need: Confidence, a sharp eye for detail, and team spirit. Assistant Store Manager (ASM)(Mumbai/Delhi) Support the Store Manager, lead the floor when needed, and help keep everything running smoothly — from people to product to performance. Experience: 4–6 years in premium retail What you’ll need: Team management skills, a love for sales, and a calm, organized mindset. Store Manager (SM) (Mumbai/Delhi) Own the store like it’s your own — lead the team, take charge of the numbers, and create a shopping experience that’s unforgettable.
