Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Manage the full lifecycle o search: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive-level talent through market mapping, networking, and targeted outreach. Conduct competency-based assessment Must have recruited candidates for Automotive/Manufacturing Industry Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on candidate progress and hiring metrics. Keep abreast of industry trends and talent movement across competitors and the broader market.
