Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Quality Control

Dear Candidate, Are you passionate about driving product quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction ? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Control professional who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional environment and is ready to take ownership of domestic and export quality standards . Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze customer requirements to establish robust quality control processes . Lead and implement ISO 9001:2015 standards and compliance initiatives. Review specifications and quality plans aligned with industry benchmarks. Manage supplier quality , inspections, and ensure equipment/product compliance. Guide and train inspectors, line quality engineers, and managers as per company quality standards. Oversee fabrication QA processes , perform final output verification, and approve/reject products . Conduct statistical analysis & reporting for senior management (MIS). Handle line quality issues , drive process improvements , and lead root cause analysis . Lead cross-functional teams (CFTs) to implement continuous improvement measures. Drive gate reviews , ensure documentation accuracy, and facilitate regular customer interactions . Monitor OSHAS & safety norms while fostering a quality-first culture. Apply 7QC tools, NDT techniques, and welding standards to uphold quality benchmarks. What You Bring: Deep knowledge of fabrication, inspection processes, and statistical tools . Experience in export/domestic product quality and process improvement strategies . Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to independently handle audits, project reviews, and customer interactions.
