Job Description

The Head of Demand Generation at Mindtickle plays a crucial role as a strategic growth leader in driving pipeline and revenue through integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs. This role requires a data-driven approach, innovative thinking, and close collaboration with various teams such as Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Marketing. The ideal candidate will embrace an AI-first mindset and utilize automation, iterative improvement, and deep field insights to enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies continuously. Responsibilities include leading the digital marketing efforts by owning and scaling the digital marketing strategy, optimizing web performance, SEO, GEO-targeted campaigns, and paid performance marketing. The role also involves enhancing Mindtickle's brand trust across different platforms, executing targeted campaigns to improve trust ratings, analyzing and optimizing digital channels, and exploring new digital strategies through AI-driven personalization and optimization tools. In terms of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), the Head of Demand Generation is responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns in key strategic accounts, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, and personalizing campaigns using intent data and customer insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, the role involves establishing and executing comprehensive, cross-channel integrated marketing plans, coordinating campaigns across various channels, mapping and optimizing the buyer journey, and strategically determining the balance between different marketing activities based on field insights. The Head of Demand Generation will also work closely with Business Development to align outbound BDR initiatives with demand generation strategy, drive regular communication and joint performance analysis, and provide strategic guidance to Field Marketing. Furthermore, the role includes overseeing content and creative strategy, developing targeted demand generation campaigns for existing accounts, establishing robust measurement frameworks for tracking campaign performance, leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing demand generation team, managing the demand generation budget, and optimizing spend for maximum impact and ROI. Qualifications for this role include 10+ years of demand generation leadership experience in B2B SaaS, expertise in digital marketing strategies, experience in ABM strategy and execution, strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems, exceptional collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, and a strategic orientation towards leveraging AI-driven automation and iterative GTM processes.,
