In terms of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), the Head of Demand Generation is responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns in key strategic accounts, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, and personalizing campaigns using intent data and customer insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, the role involves establishing and executing comprehensive, cross-channel integrated marketing plans, coordinating campaigns across various channels, mapping and optimizing the buyer journey, and strategically determining the balance between different marketing activities based on field insights. The Head of Demand Generation will also work closely with Business Development to align outbound BDR initiatives with demand generation strategy, drive regular communication and joint performance analysis, and provide strategic guidance to Field Marketing.
