BioExotica is the D2C vertical of a 20-year-old pharmaceutical brand with a turnover of ₹100 Cr+, Having its own Manufacturing and R&D Team. As we enter the wellness and skincare domain, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive and manage digital execution across all verticals.

Role Overview:

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all digital channels (ads, SEO, content, email, influencer, Whatsapp)
• Strategise campaign calendars and coordinate execution across teams
• Manage performance tracking, budget allocation, and ROI optimisation
• Supervise in-house and freelance talent (designers, editors, media buyers)
• Be the brand custodian and ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with leadership exposure
• Deep understanding of D2C funnels, performance marketing, and CRM
• Strong communication, project management, and team handling skills
• Experience in wellness, skincare, or nutraceutical industry is a plus
