We're Hiring: Senior Digital Marketer (Performance Marketing) Work From Office – Sikanderpur, Gurugram Join the marketing team of NCR’s most luxurious nail salon chain – The Mani Pedi Spa! We’re looking for a results-driven performance marketer to lead our digital efforts across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan & execute performance campaigns across Google, Meta & other platforms Drive results across social media, search, eCommerce, email, and affiliate channels Optimise CAC, ROAS & conversion funnels Run experiments, A/B tests & audience segmentation Oversee creatives, landing pages & tracking mechanisms Work closely with design, operations & franchise teams Execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings Use tools like Search Console & SEMrush for keyword research and performance tracking You Should Have: 3-5 years of experience in paid ads & digital performance marketing Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/Flipkart (optional) Data-driven, ROI-focused, and creative Bonus if you’ve worked in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries Salary: 5-6 LPA To apply: Send your CV to mehek@afriyana.com For queries, call: +91 7428 458 283 Show more Show less
