Youll make a difference by

Define and implement the DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.

Advocate for the adoption of DevOps practices across in the project.

Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Monitor and maintain the health of OpenShift clusters, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cluster operations.

Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and other automation tools.

Write and maintain scripts in languages such as Bash, Python, Java or Groovy to automate repetitive tasks, manage deployments, and streamline workflows.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.

Expertise in Three tier application architecture- Webservers, Backend and database servers

Security, SSL- Keystore / Truststore - Troubleshooting, TLS handshake and network issues.

Maintain 3rd Party Applications for OFTP2 and sftp/ftps (rvsEVO/sftpplus).

Developing and maintaining custom Jenkins plugins.

Expertise in message broker management & Experience handling MySQL, maria DB , Oracle etc.

Expertise in Artifacts such as nexus, JFrog etc.

Good exposure in build tools like Maven, Ant, Gradle etc.

Expertise in Kubernetes package manager (Helm) & Kubernetes RBAC

Integrate security best practices into the DevSecOps processes.

Collaboration & CommunicationFoster collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams.

Monitoring & Incident ManagementImplement robust monitoring and alerting systems. Exposure to Thruk - OMD

Continuously improve system performance and reduce downtime. Optimize resource utilization to ensure cost effectiveness.

6-9 Years Core Development Experience in Devops
CI/CD Pipelines
Expertise with Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Argo CD or similar CI/CD tools. Containerization and Orchestration
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift - creating and managing containerized applications. Scripting Languages
Strong knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, Go, Java, Groovy) for automation tasks. Monitoring and Logging
Expertise in tools like Prometheus, OMD"“ Thruk, Grafana, Splunk, Victoria metrics etc. Automation Tools & Configuration tools
Expertise with Idoit or similar CMDB with API, Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation is a plus. Version Control
Expertise with Git and branching strategies for effective source code management. Build tools
Expertise with Maven, Ant or Gradle. Package Manager
Helm Security Best Practices
Knowledge of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices. Networking and Load Balancing
Understanding of networking concepts like DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and load balancing strategies. Certificate Management
Deep knowledge of certificates and certificate store management Deep TLS knowledge and troubleshooting skills Communication Tools
Good exposure to communication protocol implementation & Maintenance and experience with tools like RvSEvo , Sftpplus , Openft. SOAP/REST Services Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge is a plus
