Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Captain to lead and supervise the food and beverage service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide F&B service staff during shifts Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness as per standards Coordinate between the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly Train new team members and ensure team discipline and grooming standards Maintain inventory of service items and ensure all equipment is in working condition Prepare daily reports and assist the manager with scheduling and shift planning Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel in a similar role Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Excellent communication and guest handling skills Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary Meals during duty hours Opportunities for career growth and internal promotions Supportive and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
