Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue for our company. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, freelance platforms, lead generation, and excellent English communication and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Write compelling proposals and submit bids on relevant projects.
• Manage end-to-end bidding cycle: from opportunity identification to client conversion.
• Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, or video calls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on KPIs related to leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and other freelance portals (at least 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and align them with internal capabilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• MBA or similar qualification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
